6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our customer support team. We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate and provide an appropriate resolution. Delivery delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, customs procedures, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our direct control.
